Job Description: The basic function of the Project Manager II is to manage multiple small/medium projects and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects. Service as primary client liaison to bring the scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documents; office administrative tasks. Responsible in the design of projects in the schematic design, design development, construction document, and construction administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs the role of Team Lead/Studio Lead for a team of Architectural Designers

  • Budget and determine scope of work, estimates time allotment to project, and assist in proposal preparation/contracts.

  • Coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

  • Prepares strategic plans and resources for project success

  • Develops planning and creative-design concepts for projects

  • Prepares presentation and design drawings and details

Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or related curriculum from an

  • accredited program

  • Preferred: Considerable experience in Architecture or related experience

  • Required: Minimum of 8 years or more of experience as Project Manager with an Architectural firm

  • Preferred: Licensed, but not required with 10 years with progressive growth.
