Responsibilities:

  • Help relieve phones. 

  • Make copies for architects, administration, and marketing. 

  • Help bind proposals when necessary. 

  • Help prepare proposals for new jobs. 

  • Run errands. 

  • Help maintain machines. 

  • Do research for codes, grants, information for projects and anything else that is needed. 

  • Drawings for architects when needed. 

  • Measure existing buildings and attend site visits as needed. 

  • Order architectural supplies. 


Knowledge needed:

  • No educational experience requirements but must be interested in working in the architectural field
