A Beach Facility renovation, the project involved renovating bathrooms and adding showers to an existing structure. The addition of a storage room was needed to stack kayaks. Benches, fire pits and children's play areas with artificial turf were created. A renovation of the Beach Facility at the Town of Golden beach which included the renovation of the existing bathrooms to bring them into ADA compliance, as well as, updating the interior fixtures and finishes. The scope also includes the expansion of the existing shower area to include two new private shower stalls and 2 new open area showers. A new 200 sf storage unit was added adjacent to the men’s restroom for use to store the beach chairs and equipment, as well as, a new fire pit amenity, children’s play area with artificial turf and new kayak storage.
